Suggested Steeping

• Serving: 1.5 tsp / 8fl. oz water
• Temperature - 90˚C/195˚F (slightly below boiling)
• Steep Time - 7-10 minutes

Steeping Tip: You may wish to steep longer to get more enriched therapeutic value. If you're looking for a stronger flavour profile we suggest experimenting with either more tea per cup or steep longer than suggested. your perfect cup await!
