Chamomile and Lavender create a delicate floral foundation, while Passionflower adds a touch of sweetness. The inclusion of Rose rounds out the blend, offering a nuanced and soothing experience.

Preparation Instructions:

Serving - 2 tsp / 8 fl. oz water
Temperature - 90˚C/195˚F (slightly below boiling)
Steep Time - 7-10 minutes

Try as an Iced Tea...Steep as normal and leave to chill overnight in the fridge. Serve over ice. Or, steep as normal and serve immediately over ice.

Steeping Tip: You may wish to steep longer to get more enriched therapeutic value. If you're looking for a stronger flavour profile we suggest experimenting with either more tea per cup or steep longer than suggested. your perfect cup await!
